There are a couple of changes in the way you make payments this year. If you're paying by check, make all checks payable to: SNOW TOURS. DO NOT MAKE CHECKS OUT TO THE WAILERS! Checks made out to the Wailers will not be accepted and will be returned, delaying your registration.
If you wish to pay by credit card, fill out the Snow Tours credit card form, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted, but there is a 4% surcharge (This is their policy, not ours). You will receive an invoice from Snow Tours at a later date.
The flyer is two pages long and is packed full of information. Please read both sides, then fill out the front completely and sign the back. The information sheet has the cancellation policy listed as well, so you will have a copy for yourself.
There are only 30 spots available and we need your $100 deposit NOW. $600 – December 5, 2008 and the Balance – January 5, 2009. If you wait longer, you may not be able to get a room.
